With over 10 years in the fitness industry, Ty emphasizes strength-training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life, from training camp to championship. He found CrossFit to be one of the most effective ways to get anyone in the best shape of their lives. With a background in football, soccer and gymnastics Ty has worked with athletes from both the NFL and UFC.
Ty is certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA-CPT), Crossfit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary school and holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
