Neil Mahoney
Neil Mahoney was first introduced to CrossFit in 2004. At the time he was implementing CrossFit workouts as a Navy SEAL Instructor. CrossFit also helped him to train for numerous triathlons, marathons, a double marathon, an ironman, endurance races, and mountaineering summit trips.  In his quest for fitness, his travels have taken him to over two-dozen countries and even to the top of South America’s highest point, Aconcagua. Andy Thompson

Andy Thompson has been coaching since he was 18. His passion for fitness began in high school where he excelled in freestyle inline skating, gymnastics and track and field. Andy was a personal trainer at Gold's Gym and studied Martial Arts where he became assistant manager at a Kung-Fu Dojo in Dallas while completing his certification at the Texas Massage Institute.

Jonathan Heuer

Robert Madero
Robert arrived to Los Angeles from his native New York City in 2006. He studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of NYC specializing in a broad spectrum of cooking techniques, and food preparing. Ty Vincent
With over 10 years in the fitness industry, Ty emphasizes strength-training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life, from training camp to championship. He found CrossFit to be one of the most effective ways to get anyone in the best shape of their lives. Maddy Curley
Maddy Curley became CrossFit certified October 19th, 2008. Before that she coached gymnasts from age 2 to 65 for over ten years. Thus, she obtained her gymnastics certification soon after. She has since used her knowledge of body weight conditioning and olympic lifting to whip countless people into shape. Maddy also competed in the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games. Read more...
